Note some agencies may treat the roles of scheduler and care coordinator as separate positions, or even have overlap with the position of a field supervisor.
The trend I'm seeing is to have one focal point for the administrative work (care coordinator, who also does scheduling) and one focal point for field work (field supervisor); as such, I've written our job ad template to reflect this. Feel free to change them as you see fit.
