Right here!
I've worked in recruitment and hiring for over ten years, and (if I can toot my own horn a little here) have excelled. I've hired people at all seniority levels during two major labor crises, and I've developed my own theories about why some companies have such an easier time hiring good talent than others.
I think a lot of comes down to the way you communicate the job, and while there's no substitute for having a reputation as being a great place to work, I've baked my ideas into this job description.
You'll find that it's shorter, more casual, and more personable than most job descriptions; it also talks a lot more about the candidate than it does about the company.
My experience is showing you understand the candidate and what they want says more about your company than any list of perks.
